Concerned about higher-than-expected bills? Information is available here

Due to a planned technical upgrade, our self-serve options will be unavailable from 7:00 p.m. Friday, February 14 until 11:00 p.m. Monday, February 17. You will still be able to report an outage or message us on social media for any questions.

How we read your demand meter

Existing electronic and mechanical meters

The demand reading is shown directly on the display and the demand peak is reset each month. Reading code 001 is your kWh reading and reading code 002 is your kW reading or 012 if you have a kVA meter (the kW/kVA reading will have a decimal point). For mechanical, red pointer is instantaneous load, black pointer is max (reset monthly).

AMI meters (new standard meter)

Smart meters measure our electricity use and power-quality indicators including voltage. They cycle through six different screens including electricity consumption, electricity generation, a screen check and other system information. Some values may not appear on your meter.
