Water levels at the Mactaquac headpond may be lowered below 130 ft in the next 24 hours as we prepare for a significant rain event. Nearby residents are advised to take the necessary safety precautions.
Applicants may choose to develop their project alone, or in partnership as long as they adhere to the program criteria for local ownership and renewable sources. Applicants will be responsible to build all infrastructure required to connect to NB Power’s distribution system in addition to any costs associated with the development of this project.
